Love your beautiful painting of the boats. Makes me want to be near water again. Have a wonderful weekend.
ReplyDeleteHello Minnemie:) Love the names you gave the boats. For me it would be best to see those names the whole day long as I am far to wild with everything:) The boates are beautiful and the color of the water is very nice!
ReplyDeleteOh I see it's for APR. Very original!
Lovely painting, and the names of the boats are wonderful - I could do with some tranquility in my life just now! Valerie
ReplyDeleteLoving this beautiful painting and it has a very tranquil feel about it. x
ReplyDeleteWow, the reflections are awesome! Lovely and serene collection of little boats!
ReplyDeletePerfect title for a beautiful painting, Minnemie!! Love paintings with boats...
ReplyDeleteAnother of my favourite subjects although I don't tend to paint many myself but I love watercolours of boats, and they do tend to give that air of tranquility - there's something about a boat floating with water gently lapping against it's sides - ooh makes me want to be out in the middle of a lake somewhere
ReplyDeleteMooi, mooi, en rustig. Hoe gaan dit daar by julle liefie? Is dit vreeslik warm? Gee soentjies vir al die seuntjies van Tannie Joss in London.xx
ReplyDeleteVery tranquil. Such soothing colors. I too like the names on the boat.
ReplyDeleteDarla
Fabulous idea! Lovely painting :0)
ReplyDeleteJust beautiful! This has a peaceful feeling indeed. :)
ReplyDeleteIs something about the sea, isn't it? She's (to me the sea is a female for sure) warm and peaceful, tranquil at times, but one knows it can be otherwise; that's why it makes it more appraisable and magic.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful painting minnemie!
May you have many moments of tranquility. Hugs
Oh, this does look very tranquil with the still blue water's reflections. Lovely, lovely!! :)
ReplyDeleteThis is so beautiful and 'tranquil' you're right!
ReplyDeletethis is beautiful and once again you managed to perfectly illustrate the word you are describing in your art!
ReplyDeleteYour picture is so beautiful and tranquil. Those reflections are awesome. Knowing how many little boys you have, I bet this is a dream of yours, tranquil, relaxed, quiet waters.
ReplyDeleteA truly beautiful piece.
Von
Sigh, this is tranquil. Another piece I could look at for hours. Thank you for sharing!
ReplyDeleteHow do you manage to paint tranquil with your mad life... with all those boys in your life... I am in awe not just of your painting but that you found the brain space to find peace enough to make it... impressive...xx
ReplyDeletethis is so good Minn. I always look through art books and see the boats painted on water and think, "how do they do that??". Of course, thinking that here too, although I know it's your talent that lets you do such beautiful work. I think you captured "tranquil" perfectly.
ReplyDeleteMuch Love,
Jenn
These blues and earth tones fit so well with the words; lovely.
ReplyDeleteExquisite!! I love your boats and they reminded me of something I was glad to BE reminded of just Now, so thank you!!
ReplyDeleteDear Minnemie, these boats I like very much. The reflex in the water and the calm water. The names on the boat are appropiated. The calm water seems dificult, but you solved very well. Big hugs.
ReplyDeleteYou truly captured the feeling of tranquility in your watercolor painting. Blessings!
ReplyDeleteOh Minnemie, I feel totally tranquil just looking at your stunning painting. It's beautiful.
ReplyDeleteThe refections perfect, the colours gorgeous and the names of the little boats just perfect!
