  2. The wire is amazing. . . . it looks exactly like that, except most of it is rusty that I've seen. Love your work and that creative mind. I would never have thought to do the wire. You have a good eye. Blessings, Janet PPF

  30. this is how I wish I could paint, love love love it! I also relate to your header and profile!!!! I have always said I was meant to be Carribean Princess and somehow the stork dropped me off in Detroit! Don't get me wrong I love Detroit but man the tomboy in mean really did want that crown - and sometimes still does!
    cheers, dana

  31. Oh dear, another FABULOUS painting by YOU! I'm going to have to tear up my ATC and start over so I don't embarrass myself. Shesh, you're a watercolor genius! Seriously, we're going to have to meet up someday...where do you live? We could have a watercolor weekend. ;) Love, love, love your work! I bow to you. Happy PPF!

    1. Ha - you always make me stand 5 feet taller:-) But I am vEEEry far from WC genius. Nora McPhail and Crystal Cook and my friend Uschi Jeffcoat - they are the genies! Don't you dare tear up the ATC either! It would be SO fun to get together to paint... but Google Maps says we are 2,153miles apart - only a 34 hour drive:-) (I'm in SC)

    1. Thank you, everyone! This was painted form a picture my brother took in South Africa. I do wish, however that I could loosen up a bit... a lot... with my technique! I struggle with that perfection thing...
